How to

  1. 1

Come onto all fours with your hands slightly in front of your shoulders and your fingers spread wide.

  2. 2

As you exhale, lift your knees and push your hips up and back into an upside-down V.

  3. 3

Press the floor away with your whole palms, keep your shoulders away from your ears and your back long.

  4. 4

Let your heels sink towards the floor; they don't need to touch it. You can keep your knees bent.

  5. 5

Breathe slowly and deeply through your nose.

Tips

Easier version: bend your knees more or rest your hands on a chair or table.
